How to Enroll in Apex?

Please follow the steps given below to complete your Enrolment with AIE

Step 2 :

Colleges in Australia is just like a dream coming true. What you are required to do is to complete the Enrolment Form that can be downloaded in the PDF form from our website or fill in the online form. Please ensure you complete all relevant sections, and the information provided by you is accurate. Our staff will contact you for further information.

Step 3 :

Attach certified copies of any certificates, academic transcripts or results notices that show you meet the entry requirements of your selected course. One certified true copy of qualifications (including IELTS test or its equivalence, if any) must be enclosed and translated into English if needed including – ‘A copy of your Student Visa Australia’.

Step 4 :

Return the completed Application Form and the necessary documents :

Step 5 :
If your application is successful you will receive a Letter of Offer (within one working day ) that will include the name and details of the course ( For example, HR Management Course) you have applied for and the details of the course fees. The letter of acceptance should be signed by you (student) and returned to AIE by the above methods with the first payment. You are tiptoeing closer to your dream of availing Education Australia.

Step 6:
The letter of acceptance will include all the payment details.. Your first payment should consist of 1st (first) installment of tuition fees, an application fee, and 1 year compulsory health insurance.

  * Methods of Payment : Students may pay by Cash, Direct Deposit, Credit Card, EFTPOS,
Telegraphic Transfer or Bank Cheque.

Step 7 :
Upon receiving your signed letter of acceptance and your first payment, Apex Institute of Education will send you a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). You can then take this CoE to any Australian Embassy or Consulate and apply for a Australian Student Visa.


Step 8 :

Once the students get Australian Student Visa, they can book their flight tickets, accommodation and airport pickup.
